A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before your
next route.

Who is I2F FLEET built for?

Independent lot wash companies servicing dealerships, with owners and managers coordinating crews across multiple stops. The workflow centers on the dealership visit and the total vehicles washed.

Do we have to scan every vehicle?

No. Enter the total number of vehicles washed at each stop and capture the dealership representative’s sign-off. A basic lot wash does not require a VIN list.

Can we schedule the same route each week?

Yes. Create recurring visits for regular dealership washes, or schedule individual visits when you need them. Assign the crew and order the stops for the route.

Can we use our existing billing process?

Yes. Export the wash records as a CSV or print and save a PDF for your office. I2F FLEET’s current focus is route management, wash counts, sign-offs, and weekly records; invoicing and payment collection are not included.

Is the price per employee?

No. The $29 monthly subscription is per company, with team access included.

What happens after the seven-day trial?

A credit card is required to start. After seven days, the subscription renews at $29 per month unless you cancel before the trial ends. Review the subscription terms during account setup.
